Personalised / custom made items are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns because you changed your mind, or did not like the finished product.

However if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described then we will issue a refund, or send a replacement, depending on the most appropriate action.


Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, if there is an issue.


Items may not need to be returned if a fault can be shown in an image that you send to us
